My husband and I went to Brian with a sensitive situation as my mother had unexpectedly passed away. With no knowledge of the home selling/buying experience, Brian listened to our needs, clearly explained the process, and reassured us that he would handle everything. He helped us find a fantastic contractor to fix some small issues with the home and as soon as they were fixed, he had beautiful photographs taken and listed the home. Within a week of being on the market, Brian hosted an open house, and one day post-open house, we had an offer on the home that he was able to negotiate to a price we all agreed on. Throughout the process, Brian remained empathetic to our situation and communicated what would be happening next. Brian is honest, kind, and someone you want in your corner if you are selling or buying a home.

Brian is an impressive person with substantial expertise in the area of residential real estate. He did an outstanding job in advising us throughout the process including recommending certain important repairs, reviewing relevant comps necessary to set an accurate and competitive asking price, and marketing the home in the most effective way. Brian has expert knowledge not only in the Billings, Montana residential market but in the requisite legal documentation sufficient to document the transaction. We give Brian our highest recommendation and would unhesitatingly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Billings.

Brian is exactly the kind of agent you want, whether that be selling or buying. We had him as our selling agent and we're so glad he was able to represent us! It was discovered during a final walk-through that our hot water heater had a decayed control valve and was leaking small amounts of gas when it cycled. Due to the age of the hot water heater, it was determined acquiring a new one was the most prudent route. The catch was that it was already 6:30 in the evening right before Memorial weekend, so we were faced with pushing closing back to get this done. Brian wasted no time nailing down a contractor while he raced to Lowe's to buy a new heater. It was installed first thing in the morning before closing and everything remained on time. That kind of commitment is unheard of these days, and I was very impressed. He's as honest and trustworthy as they come throughout the entire process, and his word carries the same amount of weight as a signed contract in the sense that he will never go back on his word. Rest assured, you'll have a great experience with Brian and I highly recommend him!

Working with Brian on the sale of my home was wonderful. I live in a different town and needed a realtor who would go the extra mile and keep an eye on the place and deal with situations that may arise with me, not in the area. Brian did just that. Brian stayed positive when I lost two buyers, one due to my husband not moving out when he said he would once I had a buyer. My property finally sold to a buyer that had to wait months before the property was vacated and the sale could go through. Brian kept me positive as the months passed and I was finally able to complete the sale. He enjoys his job and does it very well. I would recommend him to everyone with his dedication to the skill of real estate buying and selling.
